Job Requirements:
1. Full-time junior college degree or above, pleasant appearance and demeanor, male, aged 28-35.  
2. Clear thinking, strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities; prior experience in team building and management is preferred (experience in industrial products or building materials sales is a plus).  
3. Valid driver's license and own vehicle; responsible for waterproof repair and comprehensive roof waterproofing solutions for color steel tile roofs, cement roofs, and old roofs in residential communities, factories, hospitals, schools, etc. within the province.

Qualifications:  

1. Aged 35-45, with a Bachelor's degree or above, and proficient in English as a working language.  
2. Preference for candidates residing in Ningbo; with over 5 years of sales management experience in industrial products and engineering projects, and excellent strategic planning capabilities for overseas markets (Southeast Asia, Europe, and America).  

Job Responsibilities:  

1. Conduct market research and investigation analysis, and formulate the company's overseas market sales strategies and policies.  
2. Oversee the implementation of sales plans to achieve sales targets.  
3. Be responsible for the company's overseas market brand building and promotion, as well as personnel management of overseas subsidiaries and headquarters.
