Precautions
1. Before installation and commissioning, be sure to study the relevant installation manual and strictly follow its provisions.
2. Before construction preparation, ensure installation conditions are met; ensure building structure is understood and plans/countermeasures are developed accordingly; ensure pipes/fittings meet standards and contaminants are removed; ensure tools are available and personnel are trained and familiar with operations.
3. During construction, always pay attention to key points in the manual; strictly follow steps for safe, orderly, scientific installation; during pipeline laying, meet laying condition requirements.
4. After installation, conduct acceptance per manual regulations; follow specified steps in manual. After completion, perform item-by-item acceptance per manual, document, and properly store records.

Installation Guidelines
1. AIRpIPe aluminum alloy pipes come in 10 diameters: DN20, DN25, DN40, DN50, DN63, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200. For sizes above DN200, exposed pipes are recommended to use thin-walled stainless steel pipes.
2. Pre-installation inspection. Before installation, inspect material surfaces for integrity, free of cracks, oxidation, deformation, or significant scratches. For sections, ensure uniform cross-section to avoid defects affecting installation quality. Before installation, clean surfaces to remove dust and oil; appropriate cleaners may be used.
3. Construction requirements. Cutting should use dedicated tools suitable for the material to ensure quality and avoid unnecessary thermal effects. High-precision installation may use more advanced processing methods. Cutting tolerance should be controlled within reasonable limits; cut surfaces should be smooth and free of significant deformation. Simultaneously, perform deburring and chamfering to reduce installation stress and improve connection quality.
4. Tightness and pressure testing. Gas pipelines should undergo sealing tests to ensure no leakage under specified pressure.

Avoidable Situations
1. AIRpip pipelines must avoid mechanical impacts, especially in environments with forklift collisions or moving overhead loads. Similarly, twisting or lack of support should be avoided. AIRpip pipelines must not be welded. For AIRpip hoses, use according to *Installation Guide* recommendations and secure properly.
2. Install within solid materials (concrete, foam, etc.).
3. Expose to chemicals incompatible with AIRpipe components.
4. Use AIRpip pipelines for grounding or as electrical supports, especially underground.
5. Hang any external equipment on AIRpip pipelines.
