Precautions

1. AIRpipe series cable trays are suitable for the laying of power cables with voltage below 10 kV, as well as control cables, lighting wiring, etc., for indoor and outdoor overhead cables, cable trenches, and tunnels.
2. Before installation and debugging of this product, please务必 (must) first study the relevant installation manual and strictly follow the provisions of the relevant installation manual. If any non-compliant operation is carried out without following the installation manual, all adverse consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the person himself.
3. Before construction preparation, it is necessary to ensure that the conditions for installation are met; ensure that the building structure is understood, and formulate plans and countermeasures according to its characteristics; ensure that pipes and pipe fittings comply with standards and remove dirt or impurities; ensure that relevant construction tools are equipped, and relevant installation personnel have received professional training and are familiar with business operations.
4. During the construction process, always pay attention to the construction key points mentioned in the installation manual, strictly follow the construction steps, carry out scientific installation safely and orderly, and at the same time, the laying of the pipeline shall meet the laying condition requirements.
5. After construction and installation, acceptance shall be carried out, and the acceptance process shall comply with the relevant provisions in the installation manual. For specific steps, please operate in accordance with the relevant provisions in the installation manual.
6. After completion, the acceptance shall be carried out item by item in accordance with the items specified in the installation manual, form unified documentation, and then properly store and process them.

Installation Guidelines

1. Pre-installation inspection. Ensure that the cable tray specifications and materials comply with design requirements, and there is no deformation, damage, or corrosion. Carry out field measurements to ensure reasonable tray arrangement.

2. Support installation. Fix supports according to the designed spacing to ensure firm support. The spacing for horizontal cable tray supports is generally 1.5~3m, and the fixing point spacing for vertical trays is ≤2m.

3. Tray connection. Use special connectors, fasten fixing bolts, and install anti-loosening measures. Metal trays must be reliably grounded, and the grounding jumper resistance complies with regulations.

4. Cabling arrangement. Arrange cables neatly to avoid cross-winding. Lay strong and weak currents separately, and add isolation plates when necessary.

5. Protection and inspection. Install protective casings where entering equipment or walls. After construction, inspect fixation, grounding, and cable laying to ensure compliance with requirements.

Avoidable Situations

1. Cable trays shall not be lifted or bound with bare steel wire ropes, arbitrarily stacked, or dragged on the ground. No other operations shall be performed on the casing. Multi-point lifting and forklift smooth shoveling and placing shall be adopted without damaging the cable tray.

2. When storing and stacking, the bottom shall be reasonably supported and padded. The storage place shall have a good ventilated environment. Cable trays shall avoid strong impact and direct rain.

3. The storage site shall be dry and covered, and shall avoid erosion by acid, salt, alkali, or other harmful corrosive substances.

4. Cable trays shall be stacked by components during storage. Spacers shall be placed between the upper and lower bare trays to prevent deformation under heavy pressure, and shall be properly stored.
